Costumes travel as oversized freight, not parcels. A single costume in its case is roughly 1.2 × 0.8 × 0.8 m.
Delivery terms
We quote DAP by default for EU destinations: we deliver to your address, duties and taxes inside the EU are not an issue since the goods move within the single market. Outside the EU we quote either DAP or FCA depending on how your logistics work.

- Default for EU. We arrange transport, you take delivery at your address.
- FCA — free carrier
- For clients with their own freight forwarder. We hand over at our premises.
- EXW — ex works
- On request. You collect from Biała Podlaska.
Customs and VAT
Inside the EU goods move freely. For VAT-registered businesses in another member state we invoice with reverse charge — give us your VAT number and it is validated against VIES before the invoice is issued.
Outside the EU, import duty and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility. We supply the commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes and declared values. We do not under-declare values, and we will say so plainly if asked.

Lead time starts at written design approval, not at first contact.
Rush orders
A costume can be built in eight weeks instead of twelve to sixteen. It costs more because it displaces other work, and the number of rush slots per quarter is limited. Ask before you commit to an event date — we would rather refuse than miss it.
