Where we ship

Poland: 1–2 working days, courier
EU and EEA: 3–6 working days, courier or pallet
Switzerland, UK, Norway: 4–8 working days, customs clearance required
Rest of Europe: 5–10 working days
Outside Europe: quoted per case, air or sea freight

Costumes travel as oversized freight, not parcels. A single costume in its case is roughly 1.2 × 0.8 × 0.8 m.

Delivery terms

We quote DAP by default for EU destinations: we deliver to your address, duties and taxes inside the EU are not an issue since the goods move within the single market. Outside the EU we quote either DAP or FCA depending on how your logistics work.

DAP — delivered at place: Default for EU. We arrange transport, you take delivery at your address.
FCA — free carrier: For clients with their own freight forwarder. We hand over at our premises.
EXW — ex works: On request. You collect from Biała Podlaska.

Customs and VAT

Inside the EU goods move freely. For VAT-registered businesses in another member state we invoice with reverse charge — give us your VAT number and it is validated against VIES before the invoice is issued.

Outside the EU, import duty and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility. We supply the commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes and declared values. We do not under-declare values, and we will say so plainly if asked.

Lead times by product

Character design only: 3–5 weeks
Mascot costume, one-off: 12–16 weeks from approved design
Costume, additional copies: 6–8 weeks each, ordered together
Plush run: 8–12 weeks including laboratory testing
Merchandise, decorated: 6–10 weeks
Repeat plush order: 8–10 weeks, tooling already exists

Lead time starts at written design approval, not at first contact.

Rush orders

A costume can be built in eight weeks instead of twelve to sixteen. It costs more because it displaces other work, and the number of rush slots per quarter is limited. Ask before you commit to an event date — we would rather refuse than miss it.

Questions about delivery

How long does delivery from MascotiQ take within Europe?

Goods ship from Biała Podlaska, Poland: 1–2 working days within Poland, 3–6 to the rest of the EU and EEA, 4–8 to Switzerland, the UK and Norway with customs clearance, and 5–10 to the rest of Europe. Costumes travel as oversized freight, roughly 1.2 × 0.8 × 0.8 m per costume in its case.

Do EU businesses pay VAT when ordering from MascotiQ?

VAT-registered businesses in another EU member state are invoiced with reverse charge at 0% VAT, after the VAT number is validated against VIES. EU businesses without a VAT number and private individuals pay Polish VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU are invoiced at 0% VAT, with import duty paid by the buyer.

Which Incoterms does MascotiQ use?

DAP is the default for EU destinations: MascotiQ arranges transport and you take delivery at your address. FCA is available for clients with their own freight forwarder, with handover at our premises. EXW, collection from Biała Podlaska, is available on request. Outside the EU we quote DAP or FCA.

Can a plush toy order be rushed?

No. Plush runs cannot be rushed because laboratory testing sets the minimum time, so a run takes 8–12 weeks and a repeat order 8–10 weeks. A mascot costume can be rushed: from 8 weeks instead of 12–16, with a surcharge and limited slots each quarter. All lead times start at written design approval.
