A workshop in eastern Poland that has been designing and building brand characters since 2015 — and does the design, the sewing and the shipping under one roof.

How we got here

We started in 2015 making plush toys for other people’s brands. Clients kept asking whether we could also build the walking version, and then whether we could design the character in the first place. Doing all three turned out to matter more than doing any one of them well.

The reason is simple: a character designed by someone who has never sewn one tends to be unbuildable — heads too heavy, ears that snap off, no way for a performer to see out. When the designer sits twenty metres from the sewing floor, those problems get caught on paper instead of after the foam is carved.

Ten years on we work mostly with European clients: clubs, retail brands, parks, cities and the agencies that serve them. Production has stayed in-house, which is why we can tell you what something is made of.
