What is the minimum order for branded mascot merchandise?
Printed clothing starts from 50 pieces per design; embroidered clothing, bags, textiles and drinkware from 100; keyrings and pins from 200; and packaging from 300. Decorated promotional products have low minimums, and a mixed order across several products is usually cheaper a piece.
How long does production take?
Decorated products, such as mugs, embroidered caps or tote bags with your logo, take 6–10 weeks. Products made from scratch take longer: a custom plush run needs 8–12 weeks, because every batch is laboratory tested ahead of shipping. Are branded mugs and water bottles safe for food and drink?
Our mugs are ceramic, food-contact certified and dishwasher safe; water bottles are Tritan or stainless steel, BPA-free and food-contact certified; thermos flasks are double-walled stainless steel. Food-contact products come with a declaration of conformity under Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 for each batch.
