Plush and Branded Gifts for Vet Clinics and Pet Shops

Pet owners love anything that looks like their animal — and their children love it even more. A plush of your clinic’s or shop’s own dog or cat turns a vaccination visit or a bag of food into something the family remembers.

What vet clinics and pet shops come to us for

A friendly face for a stressful visit

Owners are anxious, children are worried about their pet. A character at reception and a small toy after the visit soften the whole experience.

Loyalty rewards that get noticed

A plush for the tenth purchase or the first puppy check-up is a reward people talk about, not another discount code.

A mascot for the chain

One character across every branch, the app and the delivery box, so customers recognise you before they read the name.

Merch the shop can sell

Character plush, keyrings and bags sold at the till, with a margin that stays with you.

A typical clinic or shop package

  • A dog, cat or mixed-breed character designed around your brand
  • Plush for children and owners, EN71 tested and CE marked
  • Keyrings, bandanas and tote bags in the same style
  • A costume of the character for store openings and adoption days
  • Swing tags with your logo and a short message about responsible pet care
  • Artwork files for the app, signage and packaging

What a character for this field can look like

Studio visualisations, not delivered projects. They show the construction and finish we work to; your character is designed from your brief, not picked from this page.

What we need from you

  • Your brand, and whether the character should be a dog, a cat or something of your own
  • Who receives it: children, owners, loyalty members or shop customers
  • How many branches, and whether delivery goes to each one
  • The campaign or opening date the first delivery is needed for
  • Your target price per gift or the retail price for shop sales
  • Any messages the character must carry, such as vaccination or adoption campaigns

Planning the budget and the date

The minimum run is 500 pieces per design. For a single clinic that is a long-lasting stock of gifts; for a chain it usually covers one campaign across all branches.

Allow about five weeks for design and sample, then eight to twelve weeks for production and delivery.

Our plush is made and tested as a toy for children, not as a chew toy for animals. Dog and cat toys follow different rules, and we will tell you if a request belongs there.

Questions vet clinics and pet shops ask

Can a vet clinic or pet shop order plush toys with its own mascot?
Yes. MascotiQ designs a dog, cat or other character around your brand and produces plush, keyrings and tote bags in the same style. The minimum run is 500 pieces per design.
Are these plush toys suitable as toys for dogs and cats?
No. MascotiQ plush is made and tested to EN71 as a toy for children, the owners’ families. Toys for animals to chew follow different rules and materials, and MascotiQ does not make them.
Can a chain of clinics or shops get the same mascot in every branch?
Yes. One character design is used for plush, costume, signage and app artwork, and the order can be packed and delivered to each branch separately.
How long does it take to make a mascot plush for a pet brand?
About five weeks for design and sample approval, then eight to twelve weeks for production and delivery.
