Tell us what you need and we will come back with a price and a realistic date. Sketches are welcome but not required — a description in two sentences is enough to start.

What to put in the form

Only your name, email and a few words about the task are required. Each line you fill in removes one round of questions, and the first four decide the price more than anything else.

  • What you need: a costume, a plush run, character design, merchandise — or that you are not sure yet
  • Whether a character already exists, and in what form: vector artwork, a drawing, a photograph of an old costume
  • The date it has to exist for — a match, a fair, a launch. This sets the whole schedule
  • Quantity, if you are asking about plush or merchandise
  • Where it ships and which market it is sold in, because that decides the paperwork
  • Anything you already know you need: two liner sets, a flight case, matching retail line

Sketches, photographs and brand guidelines can be attached to the form — they help more than a long description.

What happens after you send it

Within an hour on working days

A human reply confirming we have it and saying what else we need to quote. Not an autoresponder.

Within two days

A written price with the ranges explained, a realistic delivery date, and a straight answer if the date you named is not achievable.

Then a call, if useful

Thirty minutes to go through the character, the performer and the budget, in your language.

No obligation

A quote is a document, not a commitment. Nothing is produced before you sign off a design and a sample.
