Custom Plush Toys Made to Your Character
Your character as a retail product: sampled, EN71 tested and produced in runs you can actually sell.
Minimum order quantity
There is no single figure, because a 15 cm toy and a 60 cm one are different products to make. What sets the minimum is that pattern-making, tooling and laboratory testing cost the same whether you order 500 pieces or 5000 — so below a certain quantity those fixed costs dominate the unit price and the toy stops making commercial sense.

How a plush run is produced

Pattern and sample
weeks 1–4
The character is turned into flat pattern pieces and one sample is sewn. You hold it before anything else happens.

Sample approval
week 5
You approve the sample in writing, or we adjust and sew another.

Production
weeks 6–11
The full run, with in-line checks against the approved sample.

Laboratory testing
weeks 12–13
A batch sample goes to an accredited laboratory for EN71-1, -2 and -3.

Packing and delivery

Individually bagged, labelled, cartoned, documents enclosed.

EN71 and CE
Every production batch goes to an accredited laboratory before shipping: EN71-1 for mechanical and physical properties, EN71-2 for flammability and EN71-3 for migration of specific elements. You get the reports and the declaration of conformity with the goods, not on request.

What is the minimum order?
It depends on size and construction. We agree it per project and say so before you commit — a 15 cm toy and a 60 cm one are not the same conversation.
Can we sell these in the EU?
Yes. That is exactly what the EN71 testing and CE declaration are for. Keep the documents for the market surveillance authority.
Do you make a sample first?
Always. Nothing goes into a run before you have held the sample and signed it off.
Can the toy match the costume exactly?
Close, not identical — the materials behave differently at different scales. We colour-match and show you both before production.
