What we actually do ourselves

Six stages, one building. Nothing on this list is passed to a company we cannot name.

Character design

Positioning, sketches, turnaround sheets and a 3D model, so the costume and the plush come from the same drawing.

Pattern making

Every costume is cut to a named performer’s measurements. Patterns stay on file, so a second build years later still matches.

Foam and structure

Heads carved and laminated in-house, with ventilation and sightlines tested on a person rather than a mannequin.

Sewing

Our own machinists, on our own floor. That is why a repair or a second liner set takes days rather than a shipping cycle.

Plush and merch

The same character as retail toys, keyrings and apparel, colour-matched to the costume rather than approximated.

Quality control

Wear testing, seam pull tests and a full-shift fitting before anything is packed. Defects are found here, not at your event.

Why it matters who owns the workshop

When a broker sits between you and the factory, three things go wrong. Changes take a week to travel each way. Nobody can tell you what material is actually in the head. And when a seam fails two months in, the repair becomes a negotiation rather than a job.

Because the people who sewed your costume are down the corridor, we can put a performer in it, watch what rubs, and change the pattern the same afternoon.

Made in our workshop

Real costumes and plush toys from our production floor, filmed and photographed before shipping. The characters belong to our clients, so their logos are blurred: what you see is the build itself — proportions, fur, seams and how the costume moves.

Documentation you can hand to a lawyer

Costumes ship with a CE file and material declarations. Plush and merchandise made alongside them are tested to EN71-1, EN71-2 and EN71-3 batch by batch, with the reports and the declaration of conformity included in the delivery.

We keep the test records, so a re-order two years later does not start the paperwork from zero.

How long each thing takes

Character design: 3–5 weeks
Mascot costume: 12–16 weeks from signed design
Second costume, same pattern: 6–8 weeks
Plush production run: 8–12 weeks
Merchandise line: 6–10 weeks
Delivery across the EU: 3–5 days

Dates are set backwards from your event. Tell us the date first — it decides everything else.

Frequently asked questions

Are you a manufacturer or an agency?

A manufacturer. EnjoyGroup Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland, with its own workshop in Biała Podlaska. The registration numbers are in the footer of every page.

Can we visit the workshop?

Yes, and we would rather you did. Tell us when you are in Poland and we will show you the floor, including work in progress for other clients where they allow it.

Do you work with agencies as a supplier?

Regularly. White label, your branding on the documents, quotes turned around inside 48 hours. Ask for the partner terms.

Who owns the design?

You do, once the project is paid. We keep a copy of the files and the patterns so re-orders and repairs are possible, and we do not resell your character.

What if something breaks?

Twelve months of warranty on manufacturing defects, and repairs after that at cost. Send us a photo first — half of what people report can be fixed locally with instructions.
