Woven label
Sewn into a seam or the ear. Holds fine detail and small type, survives washing and costs the least per piece. The default for retail runs.
No new character needed. Your existing logo, put on a soft toy people actually keep — on a woven label, an embroidered patch, a printed shirt or a hang tag.
They are not interchangeable. Each one has a different minimum quantity, a different unit price and a different level of detail it can hold.

The logo stitched onto the chest or paw. Visible from across a room, no print to peel. Fine gradients and thin lines have to be simplified first.
The toy wears a removable t-shirt or hoodie with your artwork. Full colour, photographic detail, and the same toy can be re-dressed for a new campaign.
Branding on the packaging rather than the toy: card tag, belly band, printed box. Cheapest to change between campaigns and countries.
The minimum run depends on the size of the toy and the branding you pick. A woven label on a 20 cm toy is the easiest starting point; a printed shirt adds a second production line and lifts the minimum.
Unit price falls steeply between the first quantity break and the second, then flattens. We will show you both figures before you commit, so you can decide whether the larger order is worth the storage.
We tell you the minimum for your specific toy before any artwork is done, not after.
2–3 days
You send the logo in vector, brand colours in Pantone and a rough idea of quantity. We come back with the toy shapes that suit it.
1 week
We show the logo placed on the chosen toy: size, position, branding method and colour match, as a drawing you can sign off.
2–3 weeks
One physical toy, made the way the run will be made. Nothing goes to production until you have held it.
5–8 weeks
The full run, with EN71 testing on the batch and your labels and packaging applied in the same pass.
3–5 days
Palletised to one EU address, or split across several. Test reports and the CE declaration travel with the goods.
A branded toy is still a toy in the eyes of the law, whether you sell it or hand it out at a stand. Every batch goes to an accredited laboratory: EN71-1 for mechanical and physical properties, EN71-2 for flammability, EN71-3 for migration of specific elements.
You receive the test reports and the CE declaration of conformity with the goods. Keep them — that is the file a market surveillance authority asks for.
