Before anything is cut or sewn, the character has to work on paper: recognisable at a glance, buildable in three dimensions and usable across every format your brand needs.
week 1
Who the character speaks to, what it must never look like, where it will appear.
week 2
Two or three directions, deliberately different from each other.
week 3
You pick one. We tighten proportions, colour and expression.
weeks 4–5
The model production will work from, plus the sheets and usage rules.
On final payment all rights to the character transfer to you in full: commercial use, merchandise, advertising, licensing to third parties, and the right to modify. We keep only the right to show the work in our portfolio, and even that we drop if you ask.
