Plush toys
The flagship item: 15 to 60 cm, EN71 tested, retail-ready with labels and packaging.

Our mascot production process
Five stages with fixed approval points. Nothing goes into production before you have signed it off, which is how a custom mascot supplier should work.

Two or three mascot directions in 2D. You pick one, we refine it.

Turnaround sheets, a 3D model and the technical drawings the costume makers work from.

Who is MascotiQ?
We are a mascot manufacturer and supplier that has been designing and making custom mascots since 2015. The legal entity is EnjoyGroup Sp. z o.o., with its own workshop in Biała Podlaska, Poland. Design, pattern-making, sculpting, sewing and assembly happen in one building, with no brokers and no unnamed subcontractors between the client and the mascot makers.
What do you make?
Four things built around a single mascot: brand character design (from €250 incl. VAT for a 2D concept), walking mascot costumes (from €1,250 incl. VAT), custom plush toys (from €10 incl. VAT per piece at the minimum run) and promotional products in seventeen groups, from keyrings and mugs to apparel.
Which countries do you deliver to?
As a mascot supplier we deliver across the EU and work with clients in every European country. Delivery takes 1–2 working days within Poland, 3–6 in the rest of the EU and EEA, 4–8 to Switzerland, the UK and Norway with customs clearance, and 5–10 to other countries on the continent. Shipments further afield are quoted per case.
Can I contact you in my own language?
Of course. We answer every enquiry in the language it was written in, and the website is available in English, German, Polish, French, Czech, Dutch, Italian and Spanish. On working days the first reply comes within one hour; enquiries sent overnight or at the weekend are answered first thing the next working morning.
What is the minimum order for a mascot costume or soft toy?
A mascot costume can be ordered as a single piece: each is made to measure for a named performer. Custom plush toys are made in runs with a minimum of 500 pieces per design, whatever the size. Decorated promo items start lower, for example from 50 pieces per design for printed apparel.
How long does it take to make a mascot?
A mascot costume takes 12 to 16 weeks from written approval of the design, and a rush order is possible from 8 in limited slots. Designing the mascot alone takes 3–5, a custom plush run 8–12 including laboratory testing, and decorated promo items 6–10. The process clock starts at sign-off, not at first contact.
How do you control quality?
Quality control is built into the process. Every mascot costume is fitted and checked in the workshop before it is packed, and every toy run is checked against the approved sample and laboratory tested to EN71 before shipping. Costumes carry a 12-month warranty on seams and structure.
