Dealer pricing
Discount is tied to volume over a rolling twelve months and applied automatically once you cross a tier — you do not have to ask. Tiers and percentages are in the partner agreement; we set them per partner because a distributor selling costumes and one selling plush runs have very different order profiles.

White label
Everything ships unbranded: plain cartons, no labels or inserts of ours, neutral shipping documents. Certificates and test reports are issued to your company so you can pass them to your client directly. If you want your own packaging used, send it to us.

Questions distributors ask
How does MascotiQ dealer pricing work?
The first order is at list price, so a distributor can test MascotiQ cheaply. After that a dealer tier is assigned by expected annual volume, the discount is applied automatically once you cross a tier, and tiers are reviewed every twelve months. Exact tiers and percentages are set per partner in the partner agreement.
Can a distributor get an exclusive territory?
Where it makes sense, yes. MascotiQ agrees exclusivity for a country or region with a distributor, reviewed annually. The partner agreement also states in writing that MascotiQ does not approach a partner’s clients, and partners get a direct production contact rather than a general mailbox.
Can MascotiQ ship directly to my client under my brand?
Yes. MascotiQ drop-ships straight to your client’s address in unbranded cartons with neutral paperwork. Certificates and test reports are issued in your company’s name so you can pass them on directly, and your own packaging is used on request. Renders and specification sheets are available under your logo.
Do distributors pay for samples?
The first two samples are charged at cost; after that, samples are free within your dealer tier. Quotes on any new brief come back within two working days, and the lead times you can quote are 12–16 weeks for a costume, 8–12 weeks for a plush run and 8–10 weeks for a repeat plush order.
