Stages on the floor

1. 01

   Pattern making

   The 3D model is unfolded into flat pattern pieces and test-cut in cheap fabric first.

2. 02

   Sculpting

   The head is carved from block foam over a ventilated frame, then finished and airbrushed.

3. 03

   Cutting and sewing

   Fur is cut with the pile direction marked on every piece, then sewn with reinforced seams.

4. 04

   Assembly

   Head, body, gloves and feet come together with fans and cooling fitted.

5. 05

   Quality check

   Against the approved specification, not a general impression. Then it is photographed and packed.
